A simple but really good sandwich Jac enjoyed for lunch recently: leg ham, tomato, white onion, tasty cheese, salt and pepper, on lightly buttered fresh New Norcia sourdough bread.

A really good sandwich I enjoyed for breakfast recently: bacon, fried egg and tomato sauce on toasted white bread.

Plenty of streaky bacon. Fried egg with crinkly crackly edges and a soft yolk in the middle. It’s always got to be a soft, gooey yolk.

I’m back from Malaysia
