Sliced turkey roast on Maggi two-minute noodles

I loved having that chunk of leftover turkey thigh roast in the fridge after Christmas. This was a very simple dinner I whipped up for myself: slices of turkey thigh roast, microwaved until popping hot, served on Maggi two minute noodles (minus the broth). So simple (and yes, lacking greens!) but very very tasty.
