Recently, my mum gave me these puff pastry squares with a container of chicken and potato curry. As she explained, they’re her “cheat’s curry puffs”. She’s made these for workmates and friends recently, and thought I’d enjoy them too.
With the pastry warmed in the oven, and the curry zapped in the microwave, these “puffs” are easy to assemble and yummy to eat.
Of course, these are no substitute for real curry puffs. But they are great as a savoury snack or finger food. I ate them over a couple of days. Thanks, Mum!
