For the rest of the week, I bought my lunch.
A small asian combination, of stir-fried rice noodles, chilli potatoes and yellow chicken curry. My favourite dish was the potato one – it was spicy and delicious, with fried potato chunks, red capsicum, green beans and chilli.
Another small asian combination, of fried rice, stir-fried egg noodles, curried vegetables and chilli chicken wings.
A hamburger, made with a soft bun, a homemade, amazingly tender large beef pattie, lettuce, tomato, fried onions, barbecue sauce and mayonnaise.
Another long weekend coming up – Monday is a public holiday for Foundation Day. Jac will be away all weekend – she’s going to see our friend M in Denmark – the country town in Western Australia, not the European country where Lego was invented. :) I will be home alone, reinstalling Windows on my desktop pc, planning a major computer hardware upgrade, tidying my study, and of course, blogging.
