Wholemeal penne with sausage and mushroom sauce
A simple pasta dinner: wholemeal penne with a tomato, sausage, mushroom and broccoli sauce. Jac’s been buying wholemeal pasta for us instead of the regular kind. I eat it because I know it’s good for me and Jac’s cooked it – I know I’ve said this before, but there’s something about its texture that I just don’t like. :)
I rode my bicycle to the shops today, instead of walking like I usually do. It felt fantastic to be riding again – I must do it more often. Right now I’m burning data backups, researching computer hardware, watching Gilmore Girls DVDs and thinking about having an early night. I hope to respond to your comments and emails tomorrow.
