We’ve been so busy lately Jac hasn’t had a lot of time to cook in the evenings after work. This was a dinner she quickly put together – barbecue chicken bought from the supermarket, served with ovenfried chips and tomato sauce for dipping. I chose a drumstick and thigh as I always do when there’s a whole chicken to pick from. The chips were covered with a light seasoned batter so they were extra crunchy and extra flavoursome. I love these chips. The tomato sauce was perfect with the chips and the chicken. I know I’ve said this before, but chicken and chips make one of the best combinations!
