Edit: Friday night footy with a big bowl of curry and rice – just perfect. Jac used chicken thighs, lots of onion, string beans, carrots and zucchini (courgette). The curry had a beautiful flavour but it was REALLY @#*%ing hot! Put it this way – this would be a perfect dish to eat if you had a blocked nose.
