The return of the pie

The asbestos roof removal project is finished and I’ve moved back into my office at uni. The food places downstairs which were closed during the roof project are all open again too, thank goodness. I celebrated my return to office life with a pie for breakfast this week. Aroma didn’t have my favourite, the chicken and vegetable pie, and so I bought a steak pie instead. This was the non-chunky steak pie, which has filling like a standard meat pie. There’s also a chunky steak pie, which is bigger and has big chunks of meat in it. A lot of people eat their pies with tomato sauce, but I think if the filling is tasty enough, there’s no need for sauce. This pie was delicious, and there was definitely no need for sauce.
