For lunch today I had a marinated chicken burger. The marinated chicken thigh filet was freshly cooked on the hotplate for my order. The burger was assembled as I watched, with lettuce, tomato and red onion, and an extremely big squeeeeeeeeeeze of barbecue sauce. I guess the girl who made my burger likes heavy sauce (or thinks heavy sauce is the way to go!). Just as well I do like heavy sauce. Each bite was quite messy and resulted in saucy hands and saucy chin and little sauce trails at the corner of my mouth*, but mate, it was really tasty. I will definitely have another of these burgers again sometime.
