Last week, Jac made a Thai green chicken curry with onions, sugar snap peas and baby corn. I really like zucchini in my green curry, but we didn’t have any :-(. She used a jar of Asia At Home Thai green curry paste. Really easy and delicious.
I have to work on my chapter today. I must have it finished by Wednesday. It’s probably 75% done, with a stubbornly crappy but important 25% that I’ve been struggling with all last week. I skipped a social do last night to stay home and work. There’s not much happening over here.
