Last night’s dinner, chicken stew made by Jac. Another no recipe dish. She browned chopped onions and chicken in the wok (she cooked the whole thing in our big wok) and added potatoes, carrots and frozen peas. She poured in a litre carton of chicken stock and seasoned with white pepper, let it all cook together for a little while. It was really delicious. There’s some left in the fridge, which my tummy has its eye on (ewwww, my tummy has eyes?! Hah).
