Maybe it was the saltiness of the bacon that gave me a hankering for something sweet as I wandered the shops. I bought myself an apple scroll ($2.00) from Baker’s Delight.

This sweet raisin-studded bun had a light dusting of icing sugar on top with cinnamon and chunks of fresh apple inside. It left my fingers all sugary-sticky and was most enjoyable.
