Meals at home

Dinner 3/11. Savoury chops with steamed cabbage and silverbeet, and mashed potatoes. Those are lamb chops – Jac uses a family recipe to make the “savoury” sauce, which is delicious and lip-smacking, plate-licking gooood.

Lunch 3/11. Jac made a caesar salad to take along for a barbie with mates who were getting together to watch the Red Bull Air Race. I stayed home to spring clean my computer – a long overdue task that I couldn’t put off any longer. Jac left me all the bits I needed to make myself a little caesar salad to have for my lunch.

Dinner 5/11. Chinese home delivery, what would we do without you, whenever we felt too lazy to cook? From the top left, moving clockwise: peking spare ribs, crispy fried chicken with plum sauce, king prawn with broccoli, mongolian lamb and special fried rice. (The answer to the question is probably: order pizza, or crack open a tin of something, or grab wallet, put on thongs and wander down to the fish and chippie.)
