Vegetable soup, made with celery, cabbage, tomato, pumpkin, onions and carrot. I think Jac adapted this recipe from the Cabbage Soup Diet. We don’t actually do that diet, but we really like the cabbage soup. It’s a great way to use up all the vegies.
We also had snapper fillets sprinkled with dried herbs, wrapped in foil and baked in the oven, along with potato bake, made with potatoes (duh), bacon, onions, garlic and cream. I think the cream was leftover from the mango ice cream, and Jac didn’t want to waste it. We ate this with salad on the side. Yummy.
