Tuesday night dinner – panfried fish with salad

Last Tuesday night’s dinner was very simple – panfried basa fillets with salad.

I ate the tartare sauce not only with the fish, but also as a dipping sauce for the salad.

This fish was bought frozen rather than fresh but tasted absolutely beautiful – tender, moist and flaky. Jac managed to get a golden buttery crust on the fish. It was great.
