Sausages, salad and smokey BBQ sauce

A recent dinner: beef chipolatas and salad (lettuce, orange capsicum, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, regular tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs and corn kernels, with a blob of smokey barbecue sauce to dip the chipolatas into. I cracked black pepper over the eggs and tomatoes. These chipolatas were the longest ones I’ve had – I reckon they were too long to be chipolatas (which is what they were called, according to the label); they were more like “short sausages”. Either way, they were yummy. I didn’t really care what they were called. :)
