Japanese curry with fish katsu
After enjoying the Japanese curry with chicken katsu (see my recent post about my first taste of Japanese curry), I was keen to try the curry with fish katsu. I reckon this was even better than the chicken – both are very tasty, but the chicken was somewhat drier than the fish. I am definitely a fan of Japanese curry now! I’ve bought a box of Japanese golden curry mix, the kind that you add meat, potatoes and carrot to – I’m looking forward to trying it out at home soon.
