Noodles with extra broccoli
A couple of Thursdays ago, I got lunch from Noodlebox (118 Royal St, East Perth) – I designed my own noodle stir-fry. I chose thick egg noodles, chicken, fish cake, egg, tofu, bean sprouts, snow peas and broccoli, cooked in oyster sauce. After I placed my order, I was told they’d run out of tofu – would I like extra broccoli instead? I said yes, and as it turned out, they gave me heaps of broccoli, more than they’ve given me previously when I paid for double broccoli – and although I’d ordered and paid for a small, they gave me a well-filled large box. Bonus!
