Dinner: chicken and salad topped with aioli
Another simple dinner – mixed salad greens, tomato and spring onion with panfried chicken seasoned with alseason. (see this old post for a little information about alseason).
No dressing on the salad, but Jac placed a dollop of aioli in the centre on the chicken, which doubled as a sauce for the chicken and a dressing for the salad. Mmmm, fantastic.
