I’m now up to the posts written since Jac returned from her trip. This was the first dinner she cooked the day after she got home.
She cooked vegetable spiral pasta with tomatoes, beans and peas, and served it with fish pieces seasoned in flour, salt and pepper and a little “Kentucky” seasoning (see this old post, scroll to the fourth photo to see chicken cooked in “Kentucky” seasoning) , then simply panfried.
I enjoyed eating these bite-sized, moist pieces of fish.
The pasta and vegies tasted great too – tomatoey and savoury.
It was a simple but tasty meal.
