Lamb mince and spinach pasta
Jac made a delicious pasta sauce with tomato paste, lamb mince, mushrooms and spinach. She served it with pasta spirals. It was meaty and rich and lip-smackingly good. I loved the flavour of the lamb, and Jac left some of the mince quite chunky on purpose (yum!), but my favourite part of this sauce was the spinach. Mmmmm.
