For bento the next day, I sliced up the last chicken thigh left over from Mothers Day lunch and served it with hard-boiled egg, garden salad, potato salad, and bread and butter.
In Jac’s lunch I packed sliced radish and red onion. Radish is another vegetable I’ve never liked. Do any of you like eating radishes? Jac loves them with salt.
In this potato salad there was potato (duh!), hard-boiled egg, spring onion and ham.
I realised as I wrote this post, this was yet another oyako don meal! And here’s the bento note I drew for Jac – an oyako don note!
