Sausages, steamed vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes

I said I felt like bangers and mash, so Jac cooked us sausages, garlic mashed potatoes and steamed green vegetables (broccoli and snowpeas). When the sausages are juicy and meaty and seasoned to perfection (thank you, Mr or Ms Butcher!), I don’t need any sauce. These were delicious, especially with Jac’s fluffy, garlicky mashed potatoes.
