More herring fillets! This time, Jac coated them with seasoned flour again, but not seasoned with just salt and pepper – this time she used curry powder too! She served the fish with oven-fried chips, blanched broccoli, fresh grape tomatoes and cucumber on a bed of cos lettuce. I had tomato sauce to go with my chips. :D
The fish was yummy! It would be great in a sandwich, I reckon, with shredded lettuce and mayo or tartare sauce. This time however, there were no leftovers!
