A variation of Jac’s chicken stew, and another bowl and spoon dinner! – chicken and corn stew, with chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions and lots of corn. I loved the flavour of that delicious gravy and how it soaked into the rice. I loved the pop of corn kernels as I bit them. I ate more stew and rice for breakfast the next morning, and the morning after that. Bowl and spoon meals are just the best.
