The day I ruined everyone else’s lunch
On Wednesday, J and I grabbed takeaway curry from IGA supermarket (Shop 2, 81 Royal St, East Perth) for our lunch.
J got herself a small combination, with chicken briyani rice, butter chicken and chick pea curry.
I got a regular combination, with chicken briyani, chicken tikka, potatoes and eggplant curry.
It’s very good value – I can’t remember how much J’s small combination cost, but mine was AU$8.90, and box was filled to bursting. So where does the title of this post come from? The smell of our lunch was so good our team mates back at the office all wished they had curry for lunch too, instead of sandwiches… salad… sushi. :)
