Friday night fry-up
This is the meal Jac made for my dinner last night: sausages, scrambled eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms.
The sausages were low-fat beef ones, with a surprisingly really meaty texture. The eggs were homelaid ones that Jac’s mum sent over – our chooks are still living it up at her place. I usually like my eggs a little less done (Jac got distracted by the conversation we were having at the time!), but they tasted really good anyway. I ate this meal with loads of smokey barbecue sauce. When I eat sausages I prefer barbecue sauce; when it’s bacon and eggs it’s always tomato sauce.
