Lunch with the girls

We all ordered the same! See, triplet lunches:

Triplets!

We all had the grilled snapper fillet with chargrilled courgette, served on seeded mustard mashed potato. The ring of yellow and black that you can see is olive oil with drops of (apparently) a balsamic vinegar reduction (hoity toity!) that was very sweet and syrupy (reminded me of kecap manis). There should have been more than two pieces of courgette – it was my favourite part of the dish. I could’ve eaten a whole plateful of the courgette. It was nice to get the fancy-schmancy food presentation for $AU11.00. It made lunch seem more decadent than it really was.
