Sunday night dinner
Jac decided to make chicken burritos for dinner tonight. She used one of those Old El Paso Dinner Kits. The filling was made with sliced chicken thighs and onions, with cheese and fresh lettuce and tomato. The onions were beautifully caramelised. The tomato got semi-cooked from being next to the hot chicken, and became very soft, sweet and delicious, much tastier than completely raw tomato. I ate the two burritos you see in the picture below.
I had all these great plans to have a really productive working weekend, but I guess I was just too tired. Oh well. I can recognise when my body needs to rest, and that’s what I did today.
