Yet another goz

Here’s my gozleme from Thursday last week which featured lamb, spinach, mushroom and sundried tomato, served with hommus and salad. The goz has been really fantastic lately – sometimes it can be a little on the oily side – in recent times they’ve been not too oily and really deliciously plump with fillings. The first time I had salad on the side with my goz I wasn’t too keen on the salad having chopped fresh mint through it, but it’s definitely grown on me.
