Another chicken and vegetable dish with no name

I cooked this for my dinner last Sunday night. I peeled a large potato and cooked it using a potato microwaver, then cut it into chunks. I fried garlic and chicken thigh strips in the wok, then added chopped fresh bok choy, sliced tomatoes and the potato chunks, flavouring it all with oyster sauce. I added a little water to make a bit of a gravy as the vegies cooked. Some of the potato broke down and added to the thickness of the gravy. I ate this dish with freshly cooked rice, and it was really good.
