Fried bratwurst and egg with kaya on toast
Here’s a recent Sunday breakfast: fried sliced bratwurst sausage, kaya on toast, and a fried egg.

The egg yolk was perfectly gooey, the sausage chewy with deliciously crisp edges, and the sweet toast went really well all the savoury items. It was a great way to start a day.
