Jac went to a barbecue recently on her own. Her contribution to the meal was dessert, and she made a trifle. Since I wouldn’t be there to eat it, she made me a single serve trifle to have for my dessert at home.

As you can see, Jac likes to pile on the custard! It was actually a very large serve for one; I could only manage half. The rest went back into the fridge and was dessert the following night. :) Want our recipe for trifle?
