I’ve said this before – when Jac makes bangers and mash (sausages with mashed potato), it’s always more than just bangers and mash! This time there were beef sausages, garlic mashed potatoes, fried onions, portabello mushrooms, broccolini and corn on the cob. That’s smokey barbecue sauce on one of my sausages. When I sit down to a dinner like this, I think how lucky I am to have someone who loves to cook for me.
It’s been a busy time with moving house and all (it will be for some time). I had every intention of responding to comments and emails last weekend but simply ran out of time and energy. This weekend, guys. :)
