Chicken schnitzel, oven baked vegetables, blanched broccoli and garlic mushrooms
Jac baked chicken schnitzels in the oven, along with potato wedges, butternut pumpkin and carrot. She blanched some broccoli and panfried mushrooms with butter and garlic.
It was a tasty dinner. The chicken was crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside. I loved the whole garlic cloves Jac cooked with the mushrooms – she always makes sure there are a couple in there just for me. :D
