Jac’s lunch of two sandwiches
Jac made this lunch for herself while I was stuffing my face with chicken noodles recently. I snuck in and took photos before she started eating. She’d bought herself a wholemeal long bread roll, cut it in half and put together two different sandwiches with different fillings.
This one had ham, egg, lettuce, capsicum, onion and barbecue sauce in it.
The second sandwich was filled with tomato, capsicum, onions, mushrooms olives and cheese.
Both were yummy! No, I didn’t sneak bites as I was sneaking photos! That would be too naughty! As Jac ate, she offered me a bite of each sandwich and I happily accepted. :-P
