Dinner – chicken and mushroom-filled savoury pancakes
Jac made savoury pancakes filled with chicken and mushroom for dinner. They were tasty! I love pancakes and would happily eat them every week, savoury or sweet. Or savoury AND sweet – as you know, one of my favourite combos of all time is pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. What do you like to eat with your pancakes?
We prefer thinner, crepe-style pancakes to fluffy flapjack-style pancakes – but I’ll happily eat any kind of pancakes any time. I don’t know why but ever since I was a kid, eating pancakes has always felt like a special treat.
