Breakfast fried rice

Last Tuesday morning I woke with a craving for fried rice. Since I wasn’t packing bento lunches (my workmate J and I had made plans for lunch, coming up in the next post), I had time to quickly rustle up a batch of fried rice. I used cooked rice we had in the fridge, SPAM, green beans, a clove of garlic and an egg, with oyster sauce to flavour the rice. I always enjoy this when I cook it for myself. It’s a great way to start a work day (well, any day!), I reckon. I chew gum afterwards so I don’t speak garlic at people. :)
