Jac assembled this dinner for herself: tinned mackerel with spring vegetables, salad and orange wedges.

Since we had some SPAM to use up and Jac knew I’d prefer SPAM to tinned mackerel, she fried me up a few slices to go with my salad and oranges.

The mackerel did look and smell very good. Jac said it was very tasty.

The salad was fantastic to eat – crisp cos lettuce, crunchy fresh green beans and carrot chopped into cubes and the pop pop pop of corn kernels. It went perfectly with my slices of salty SPAM. And you guys know how much I love SPAM. :-P
