Dinner – lamb schnitzels and salad

Jac bought these crumbed lamb schnitzels from the supermarket. The crumbed coating was deliciously crunchy and really tasty. It was nice having crumbed lamb for a change, instead of the usual chicken. The lamb tasted so good that again, no sauce was necessary.
