Dinner on Tuesday night was panfried lemon pepper chicken, served with peas and another batch of steamed sweet potatoes and carrots, tossed in Lee Kum Kee plum sauce and fresh cut chillies in soy sauce (Jac cooked sweet potatoes and carrots for the very first time in that way quite recently).
I ate this lunch at my desk at uni on Tuesday. I really cannot get enough of this chicken curry! The vegies were good too.
Really! I had breakfast with Astro Boy this week at uni. See? He thought the chicken, mayo and lettuce sandwich I bought from the bus station looked pretty good.
