Another version of fried rice with SPAM

For dinner last Wednesday night I made fried rice with SPAM, green beans, corn kernels, onion, garlic, egg and oyster sauce – that’s probably my favourite combination of fried rice ingredients. I cooked enough for a decent feed and for bento the next day.
